A little about Härlövs IF
Härlövs IF is a sportsclub with several sections. Every section is responsible for its economy and its activities. The most active sections are Track & Field, Skiing & Orienteering and the Bockatorpet section (the club domicile).
The centre of the club's activities is Bockatorpet, our camp on the Nävlingeåsen, a ridge 10 kms west of Kristianstad, South Sweden. The camp building is always open to the public Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, so you are welcome to a workout on our winding forest paths. We have signposted tracks of a length from about 2 to 15 kms and for dark evenings we have an illuminated track of an approximate length of 2 kms. In the winter when snow is plentyful, we provide ski tracks and extended opening hours for our approximantely 30 Vasalopp participants.
Härlövs IF is a club for everyone, from the youngest beginner to the fastest top runners. By tradition we involve children and youngsters and our concept is to see the whole family in action. There is always something there to do for every participant and the well-being of every member is very important to us. The number of members is today about 450, all sections included.
If you are on visit to this region, you are welcome to join our training sessions. For further information please send an e-mail to niklas.nilsson(a)harlovsif.org.
